The property anchors the Peter B. Lewis Gateway Center, the cornerstone of Oberlin’s Green Arts District, an ongoing development conceived by the City and College to transform Oberlin into a model for environmentally aware economic development based on education and the arts.

The Hotel at Oberlin offers 70 guestrooms and suites, a signature restaurant & bar, 1833, highlighting locally sourced fare and a meeting venue with 6,500 square feet of conference and event space overlooking Tappan Square.

With 6,500 square feet of meeting and event space, The Hotel at Oberlin will offer the largest conference venue in Lorain County, while having the floor plan flexibility to comfortably accommodate your smaller event or group.
A primary Conference and Event Room features 3,800 sq. ft of state-of-the art space with large window and high ceilings creating the ideal venue for both meetings and social engagements. The room is divisible into five separate sections for break-out or intimate gatherings.
The Event Room is supported by 1,300 sq. ft. of Pre-Function and Terrace space overlooking Tappan Square. A second 850 sq. ft. Meeting Room is ideal for executive retreats and small business meetings.
The restaurant’s private dining room, accommodating 16, can also be reserved by small groups and parties looking to combine business and pleasure or break-out for meals away from meeting activity.
