A Message Regarding Coronavirus and COVID-19
UPDATED APRIL 9, 2020
The stay at home order, set by Ohio's governor, has been extended until May 1st.
The safety, health, and security of all our guests, associates, and visitors remains at the heart of our company. So too does the safety and wellbeing of our community.
In response to the new regulations, The Hotel at Oberlin along with 1833 restaurant has decided to temporarily close this week (April 9, 2020) and will be temporarily suspending operations for an undetermined length of time. The exact re-open date is unknown at this point. Please check back as we'll update this page throughout this period.
Our guest services team will be working diligently reaching out to all April and May confirmed reservations in the days ahead. As we anticipate increased call volume, please leave us a detailed message at 440-775-7001 in the event that you cannot reach someone real time. You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
These are challenging times for everyone, and we thank you for your patience as we all work to flatten the curve and stop the virus. Our entire Oberlin team looks forward to welcoming you back soon. We are here for you, and our thoughts go out to those affected by this unprecedented situation.
